Raul: Hey, guys. Raul here, coming to you live, talking to you about some cool stuff, all right? A little bit of real estate, a little bit of knowledge. All right, today, I see this all the time, and I get asked it every once in a while, “How do I become successful in what I do, man? How do I be successful?”
Okay, disclaimer, number one. I’m not at all claiming I am successful. However, I have achieved a certain amount of success that is above the average at my age, given demographics, okay, if you want to be statistics.
So, here’s the thing. The main thing I would say is persistence, man. There’s two things, right? There’s two things. There’s knowledge, and there’s execution, okay? Those are the only two things. If you’re a simple person like me. I like simple, stupid things, man, like dumb it down, okay?
Knowledge and execution, and if you stay persistent in these two … I like doing that. If you say persistent in these two, you’re going to get it, man. You’re going to get it, and I preach that, man. I preach that to myself. I preach it to my team all the time.
Like, dude, just learn. Anything is trainable in this world. You can learn how to be a dancer. You could learn how to be a singer. You can learn how to be an underwater basket weaver, okay? I don’t even know if that exists, but if you wanted to, you could do it.
So be persistent in knowledge. Don’t stay stuck in that information space and then go out there and do it, man. Even if you don’t do it right, go do it. The definition of perfection is executing over time or something along those lines, man. We should put the Merriam-Webster thing here somewhere.
The moral of the story is learn what you want to learn, okay? This world is beautiful and especially if you live in America. Also in other countries as well, but if you live in America, you have opportunities to do so many things. You can learn it, and YouTube, books, podcasts, articles, blogs, so many stuff, okay?
Learn, execute. That’s it, man. Make it simple. Oh, I’m going to do what I do. Learn, execute. Oh, man, but I want to learn real estate. Learn, execute. I should make a little jingle, right?
