Raul: What’s up, guys? This is Raul here at CapitalRise, the guy to tell you about the cool real estate stuff and a little advice. Anyways, I’m going to talk to you today about cashflow, a little two minutes real quick about cashflow, how important it is, what it does for your life, and maybe some avenues or whatever.
I’m real estate-oriented, so I preach real estate and when you say cashflow, single family, duplex, triplex, any plex, get properties, apartments, I don’t know, townhouse, you name it. Anything that producing money every month is cashflow. It’s that frickin’ simple. Don’t complicate it and yields and duh duh duh duh. Anything that after you pay expenses makes you some money is cashflow.
Now, do a little more research on your end about what properties you should buy, et cetera, but really, at the end of the day, you want to get to the point that your cashflow pays your bills. How do you think all these rich people live flying and yachts and stuff? Flying on yachts, that doesn’t make sense. Anyways, you know what I mean. Anyways, flying on a yacht. That’d be a pretty cool yacht.
Anyways, cashflow. Let the cashflow pay your bills so you can go out there and do whatever you want. Work if you want to. Make money if you want to on the side, so get to that point. You can cashflow through properties. You can cashflow through gold, bonds, index funds, Bitcoin. I don’t know. I don’t care. The point is get it to a point that you can make money every month without doing shit, however else you want me to say it.
I get really passionate about it, so I might curse a little bit. Without doing shit. Do it however way you want and make sure you separate your accounts. In a earlier video, I talk about it. Money come in, investment account. I don’t care where and what it does. Make sure that account is for investments and eventually, invest with us. Thank you, guys.
