Raul: What’s up guys, Raul here from Capital Rise Investments, coming to you live with the real estate news and the real estate forecast. I’ve always wanted to say that. I’m going to talk to you about kind of like our mission here. I know I’ve probably said this before, but I’ve finally wrote it down and I was really clear on it, and it was some pretty cool numbers. So I’m excited to share it with you guys.
So number one, I want to help reach 100,000 about real estate investing, so about real real estate investing. I want to tell 100,000 people what it’s like to really invest, really find properties, really fix and flip them, et cetera. So that’s pretty cool.
Two, I want to make investors $2 million dollars this. I want to make you guys, not us, I want to make you guys $2 million dollars this year. How did I come up with that? I’m a crazy man. No, so 100 deals in the year, average of 20K profit, $20,000, and it can be 30, it can be 40, it can be 15, whatever. You know, average, so that equals $2 million. So you could be one of those guys, right?
I want to help three people on my team get to six figures this years. Not only with us, but with investments or other things that they do.
I want to make agents, real estate agents, because we buy a lot of properties on market, I want to make real estate agents $1,000 a day, $365,000 this year I want to make real estate agents, okay?
So that’s my little social mission, I want to do this by the end of the year, so December 31 2018, I want this to be done, and I will do a video update telling you once we’ve achieved it.
